What we collect

When you send a request from Get started: your email, and your name, business name and phone number if you add them, your choices (platforms, monthly budget and how you want to run it), the package you came from, and the page you sent it from. To stop abuse we may also keep a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself. We clear it once it is a day old, the next time anyone uses the form.

Why

To reply to your request and scope your plan.

Where it goes

Your request goes to the MCV team’s inbox and email, and may be kept in a request log so nothing is lost. It passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs its spam check, and through our email and customer-inbox providers. They act for MCV. We use service providers, including Cloudflare (hosting, spam checks and the request log) and Resend (email), which may store or process your information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Spam checks

When the spam check on the form is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email we send you, or email [email protected].
